During this 15 minute consultation over the phone, you will talk with the physician who will perform your vasectomy. We will review the procedure, your health history, and answer any questions you may have. During or right after your appointment, we schedule your vasectomy appointment two to four weeks later. Finally, we will send you consent forms for digital signature.
